First impression when entering the lobby, it gave off a very luxurious feel and it was nice and cool. A relief from the humidity outside. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The checking in process was fast and easy. Our room overlooked the street and we could hear some cars but later into the night it dies off and we got a pretty good night sleep. The room was spacious and the bathroom facilities were clean with good space. The bed was a Queen and the mattress was firm. For breakfast it was a buffet style with Western and Asian food. We found the food selection pretty good and we quite enjoyed it. For the location, it was close to everything so we had no issues walking around and finding places to eat, shop and etc.

Hotel location is convenient, rooms are clean and everything is comfortable. The receptionist helped me a lot in all matters with professionalism and friendliness. I didn't think I would ever enjoy such a perfect business trip. Thank you Blue diamond luxury and all hotel staff. I will come back and recommend this place to my friends

One thing is for sure, when you come here you will feel the care from all the hotel staff. The receptionist is polite and always helps whenever you need it. I will come back more often and introduce this place to my friends when traveling to HCM in the future
